“This intersection is now blocked by the bridge. There used to be a big bakery there…There used to be shacks here, they removed them and made the road. There used to be a road here and they made it into an overpass and closed off the other main road. I remember even when I was little they didn’t used to allow buildings to be built on this road because it was going to be torn down, all the way until the sports field…More recently they put fences in between the pillars holding up the bridge because people were sleeping there.”
